Privacy Policy

Crew is a staff management tool for restaurant teams. This policy explains how we handle your data.

What we collect: Your name, email address, scheduled shifts, clock-in/out times, and availability preferences.

Where it lives: All data is stored in Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt). No data is stored on our servers or sold to third parties.

Who can see it: Your manager can see your schedule, hours, and availability. Other staff members can see your name and scheduled shifts.

Your rights: You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting your manager.

Cookies: We use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your login session. No third-party tracking cookies.

Add team member

This sets their shift for the day you picked. Every other day starts as a day off.

Fixed schedule

Set the standard working days for this team member. They will appear on the schedule every week by default. They can send time-off requests for exceptions.
Click a day to toggle on/off. Then set their usual times.

Crew are usually first to notice equipment failures. Report it here so it's tracked, not forgotten.

Add as many shifts as you like — for example your whole month — then send them all in one go. The manager will approve or decline each one.

Report sick leave

Let the manager know as soon as possible. Once approved, the shift is automatically removed from the schedule and the manager can find someone to cover.
